Our company was set up in 2001 by Kevin Davidson who at the time operated alone from the spare room in his home. The company has now grown to have a team of 20 people, all of whom work hard to serve the requirements of our clients’ from our headquarters in the prestigious West-end of Aberdeen.

With our "K.W.A.D System", which combines the use of case management software, employee interaction with clients and email and text updates, our clients really are kept right up to date with what is happening with their transaction.

From selling and buying property to leasing and re-mortgaging, property investment to sports representation, our list of services are varied but share the same common theme - that we strive to give all our clients a world class service.
