Last week saw the start of what a number of people have been waiting for, for a month or two....a return to realism amongst some sellers.

It appears that the message is finally getting through, which is that if you want to sell just now you re not going to get as much as your neighbour got last year.
The flip side of this is that you shouldn't have to pay as much for the place you want though either on the way up.

Will this trickle of realistic sellers turn into a flowing river and also be good news for buyers?
