LEASING
We are coming to that time of year when the students are looking for properties for the new term time starting in September.
A student accommodation fayre earlier in the year produced a database of over 100 students for us and they are all looking for places to stay.
We?re looking for landlords or prospective landlords who have 2/3/4/5 bed properties who are willing to rent to students for probably two years at rates approaching £325 per room.
There are also a number of 4 and 5 bed properties for sale in Aberdeen which will produce great returns for their owners so this is the time for those with some cash to get into student buy to lets but hurry as time is running out to buy to get keys for early September.

TALKING A GOOD GAME
Wimbledon has witnessed another fortnight of terrific tennis with brilliant backhands, scintillating serves, deadly drop-shots and no shortage of shocking soundbites?
?It?s very pleasant to beat Maria. Why? I don?t like her outfit.?
Alla Kudryavtseva reveals her motivation for beating Maria Sharapova.
?The girl that beat me today, she might not win the tournament but she beat me and it probably made her tournament.?
Sharapova?s response to Kudryavtseva?s comment.
"You know, when you've seen the Rolling Stones from the front row and then all of a sudden you're like seven or eight rows back and there's a really tall guy in front of you waving his hands and screaming, you can't see much, it's not going to be as good as the other show."
Andy Roddick?s interesting analogy after losing to Janko Tisparevic in the second round of Wimbledon.
BRILLIANT HAMILTON WINS BRITISH GP
Lewis Hamilton?s title campaign is back on track after a superb win at Silverstone on Sunday. The McLaren driver made a fantastic start from fourth spot on the grid and never looked back after taking the lead on lap five.
The win was arguably the best of his career given the hazardous wet conditions which sent many of the drivers spinning helplessly off the Silverstone track. Hamilton is now level on points with Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa at the top of the leaderboard and the young Brit will be in confident mood of getting back in pole position at Hockenheim for the German Grand Prix on July 20.
COVE RANGERS? SFL DREAM IN TATTERS
The SFL?s decision to grant the remaining Division Three place to Annan Athletic following Gretna?s demise was a cruel blow to Cove Rangers. The Highland League outfit looked certain to gain SFL status when they came up against the Dumfries and Galloway club in the final round of voting after Spartans, Preston Athletic and Edinburgh City all fell at the earlier stages.
Cove Rangers could certainly have followed in the footsteps of Peterhead and Ross County in making the step up from the Highland League and a fan base would never have been in doubt given the club?s close proximity to Aberdeen.
Perhaps in future a pyramid scheme to gain entry into the SFL should be incorporated in order to ensure the best sides are playing in our top leagues. It seems wrong that Annan Athletic have been rewarded ahead of three clubs that finished above them in the East of Scotland League. Annan finished seventh ? 19 points behind Spartans while Edinburgh City and Preston Athletic finished fourth and fifth respectively.
