Thinking of selling... Don't sit and wait.. Here's why.....!

We are currently marketing studio flats, one bedroom flats and two bedroomed duplexes all at Market Street, next to the new Union Square development and the interest has been phenomenal showing further signs of recovery.

The first batch of properties all sold within a week. We are typically seeing prices being achieved of around 5% above the home valuation report in this sector of the market with signs of prices of between 10-15% over the Home Valuation Report being achieved for some properties over £300,000.

Demand definitely looks as if it wil outstrip supply in the coming months, as prospective purchasers who've been sitting on their hands for the last year or so come out of the woodwork and successful sellers join these ranks too. The message to prospective sellers then, is don't sit and wait, now is the time to go to market to sell and take advantage whilst others sit and watch and wonder.
