50 NOT OUT.........!!!

Following hard on the heels of last weeks market frenzy, we wanted to share another news nugget of signs of recovery in the first time buyers market in Aberdeen.

A client of ours called to arrange a viewing at a 1 bed property in Fonthill Avenue priced at offers over £115,000 30 minutes after it had first appeared as live on ASPC, to be told they were the first person to arrange a viewing which they duly did for 5 pm that same day.

When our client turned up to view the property at 5pm, they were told that the seller had 50 ..yes 50 people coming to see the property between then and the following Sunday!!!

Demand really is outstripping supply just now with that many people looking to buy, which in turn allows sellers to move on up the ladder.

So if you know anyone who has been holding back from putting their one bed property on the market-let them know that the time is right to put their property on the market for sale as prices will continue to move upwards until supply meets demand which may take a few months.
