Through our many contacts, we have access to information and developments in most countries around the world. Hence, we may be able to make suggestions to you which you hadn’t previously considered which may mean that your budget goes further or that your capital/income situation may be better in one country rather than another. We can also advise on the infrastructure and current economic conditions which you may not have been aware of within a particular country.

Please note that we are not affiliated to any developer in particular and act independently on your behalf.

Once we have suggested and discussed certain areas and possibilities, we can approach a local trusted estate agent on your behalf to meet with you to show you round a number of areas and look at the possibilities.

We can also source a lawyer, an accountant and a surveyor for you, to ensure that the process is a smooth one and to ensure that you are represented independently of any developer.
