We will arrange for a valuation of your property and guide you through the statutory Home Report process and take details including photographs to allow us to prepare a Schedule of Sale Particulars. As we are a member of Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre (ASPC), your property will be displayed in the centre of the weekly property register and also on the ASPC searchable website.

Your property details will also be posted on our website and be circulated to all relevant people on our mailing list. We will co-ordinate and conduct viewings on your behalf, arrange for press advertising, receive offers and generally ensure that your property receives the fullest attention until it is sold.
